Outbound Voice
Our Outbound Voice Services provide high-quality over a Fiber Network and give
companies the option of
either switched or dedicated access. Calls can be
terminated as either domestic or international.
Switched Access
Service
Switched Access Services enable access customers - e.g.,
Interexchange Carriers (IXC) - to complete end-user requests for
intrastate and interstate calls.
Domestic Toll Free Origination
Domestic Toll Free Origination provides our customers
with some of the best toll free number plans available from
the continental United States, Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Midway/Wake and U.S. Virgin Islands to a meet point with
the carrier in the continental U.S. All calls are billed based
upon originating LATA.
International Toll Free
International Toll Free Service (ITFS) and Universal
International Free phone Number (UIFN) allows customers
to originate inbound toll free calls outside of the United
States and extended coverage areas. Once an ITFS or UFIN
call connects to a domestic carrier network, it is directed to a
corresponding 8XX number and then terminated domestically. ITFS
calls can be originated from more than 20 global
locations, with each country utilizing its own international
individual toll free number.
With UIFN, customers in each participating country use a single
toll free number for call origination. Our ITFS and UIFN offer
both switched and dedicated access.
