USA Digital: Business Management team

Mark Costello, President and CEO

Mark Costello serves as President and CEO of USA Digital Communications, CA Digital Communications (Canada) and UK Digital Networks (United Kingdom). He is responsible for the overall direction and growth of these three companies.

With more than 17 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Mark has extensive experience in management, marketing and telecommunications. Prior to forming the USA/CA/UK Digital organizations, he founded Clear Choice Communications, Inc., a telecommunications reseller that was later sold to VARTECH Communications.

Jake Tullius , Director of Sales

A founding member of the USA Digital Communications management team since its inception, Jake Tullius serves as Director of Sales.

Today he is responsible for managing USA Digital’s direct sales and agent sales efforts as well as strategic planning to ensure future growth for USA Digital. Jake provides a balance of strategic team leadership and hands-on support for daily sales activities.

Prior to joining USA Digital, Jake spent five years with Qwest Communications. His roles there spanned sales, provisioning, billing and collections.

Brent West, Director of Operations

Brent West has served as Director of Operations of USA Digital since July 2002. He has responsibility for the overall operations for USA and CA Digital Communications.

West joined USA Digital from Inter.net Global, where he served as the Executive Director of Operations for North America. In this role, he helped lead the acquisition and consolidation of five separate North American communication companies, which later became Inter.net U.S. Prior to Inter.net Global, Brent was Technical Services Manager for PSINet, where he helped split off and later headed the North American consumer division. He has also worked for IONet and as a consultant for Southwestern Bell Communications.
