Alfreda Benford has been with USA Digital since the company opened its doors for business. She currently serves as Manager of Dedicated and Switched Services, and is responsible for overall technical support and provisioning of all customer products. Prior to joining USA Digital, Alfreda worked for ARCH Communications, helping to lead their customer service and billing teams.

Tammy Roundtree joined the company in November of 2006 in the role of Customer Service Manager.  Prior to joining USA Digital Communications, Tammy worked for Matrix Business Technologies where she held the title of Provisioning Supervisor.  Tammy has also worked for Cox Communications and Logix Communications.  Tammy has more than eight years of telecommunications experience.
